| If a kingdom be divided against itself, that kingdom cannot stand. And if a house be divided against itself, that house cannot stand. Every kingdom divided against itself is brought to desolation; and a house divided against a house falleth. Righteousness exalted a nation: but sin is a reproach to any people. And it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one: There is none that understandeth, there is none that seeketh after God. They are all gone out of the way, they are together become unprofitable; there is none that doeth good, no, not one. But every way of a man is right in his own eyes. Therefore, the whole world lieth in wickedness. And you are part of it. And regardless their persuasion, the living know that they shall die. And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment: And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire. For ever and ever. Hence the need to have your sins forgiven. |
